Test your reflexes: tap speed, stopping a clock at exactly 5 seconds, tapping only the green tiles, colour-word challenges and fake buttons. Solo, split screen or online.
Reflex games are over in seconds, which is exactly why they are so hard to put down. Lightning Tap counts how many times you can tap in ten seconds. Stop the Clock asks you to stop a running timer at exactly 5.00 or 10.00 seconds, and Blind mode hides the digits halfway. Don't Tap Red lights up a grid of tiles: hit every green one and keep your fingers off the red. Colour Reaction shows a colour word printed in a different colour and asks you to tap the ink, not the word, which is far trickier than it sounds. Fake Button tries to fool you with buttons that look almost right before the real green GO appears. Every game works three ways: alone as a score attack with your best saved on your device, with a friend on one phone using a split screen where the top half faces the other way, or online with up to eight players racing through exactly the same challenge at the same moment. Groups of three to eight can also take turns on one phone.
Fair for everyone
In every reflex game, all players get the same challenge: the same tiles, the same colour words and the same fake buttons, so the fastest hands really do win. Online, scores appear as each person finishes, and the host's phone closes the race if someone drops out.
Getting faster
Reaction time improves with a steady screen, a relaxed grip and good light. Short rounds help too: a few quick tries every day beat one long session.
Frequently asked questions
Do these games work on a computer?
Yes. Use the mouse, or the keyboard: Space or Enter in solo play, and A and L for the two players in a split-screen game.
What is a good reaction time?
For a clear visual signal, most people react in roughly 200 to 300 milliseconds. Tiredness and distractions make it slower.
Can two people play on one phone?
Yes. Choose "With a friend" for a split screen. The top half is turned round, so sit facing each other across a table.
Are my scores saved?
Your best score for each game and setting is stored in your browser on this device, with no account needed.
