What to write about
- Something broken? Tell us which game, which mode (computer, same device or online), and what device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Game ideas. Suggest a game you would like to see next. Many of our upcoming games come from player requests.
- Online room problems. Include the room code if you still have it and roughly when it happened.
- Privacy or data requests. Our Grievance Officer under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act is the FriendPlay team, reachable at the same address. See the Privacy Policy.
- Advertising or business questions. We do not sell sponsored placements inside games, but you are welcome to get in touch.
Response time
FriendPlay is run by a small team in India, so please allow a few working days for a reply. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.
Reporting a player
Online rooms are private and temporary, and there is no chat. If someone used an offensive display name, leave the room and start a new one — rooms close on their own after 30 minutes of inactivity.
